Vue sur Mer is an impressive villa, set on a peaceful stretch of coast in the picturesque department of Morbihan in Brittany.
Sprawling across 500 square metres, the spacious, contemporary villa sleeps up to 19 guests across 10 stylish bedrooms. Split between the ground floor and first floor, the bedrooms offer a combination of configurations to suit friends, families and inter-generational groups. Each one is beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and seating, some have access to their own private balcony with garden and sea views.
Seven of the bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms or bathrooms, while the other three share a bathroom and a shower room. The luxurious bathrooms and shower rooms boast elegant design features, some with twin sinks, and toiletries are included.
Throughout the airy, open-plan living area runs an attractive nautical theme, with artwork featuring the sea and models of old ships creating an interesting juxtaposition with the striking contemporary feel of the pale tiled floors and white washed walls.
The living room is split into two sections, with comfortable sofas and armchairs set around a fire place at one end and, at the other, antique-style soft seating arranged around a chest coffee table in front of a wide-screen TV and library of books.
The kitchen is sleek in design, fully-equipped and spacious enough to cook meals for all your guests, with room to dine at the high dining table with stylish canvas chairs. The kitchen boasts a large island area which accommodates a hob, oven with overhead extractor and additional worktop space. A gourmet gift basket will be waiting for you on arrival.
On the first floor is a games and cinema room, with vibrant red sofas set up around video projector at one end, and pin ball machines and table football at the other. There’s even a punch bag for those who want to work on their fitness during their stay.
Each of the living areas opens out onto the garden, with a vast decked space set up with outdoor dining furniture and sun loungers, a wonderful spot to sip on cocktails whilst taking in the views across the sea and Morbihan coast. A wood-burning barbecue is provided, so why not cook and dine al fresco while any children in the party play on the level lawn in full view.
