Villa Correa is a XVIII century cortijo located in the heart of Marbella on the East side close to the sea. It is secluded and private yet very close to amenities, shops, restaurants and golf courses. The house is decorated in a traditional style with Spanish and Moroccan details, some antiques and colonial furniture. It is well equipped and is let with a housekeeper. It is also ideal to celebrate weddings, parties or events. It can organise parties up to 250 people.

The house has 3 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms with 4 bathrooms, 2 of which are en suite. In the courtyard where parties can be given there are separate ladies and gents lavatories. All rooms are stylish and well decorated. The beds have a Moroccan style bed cover with high quality cotton linen.

The property has 2 kitchens, one is professional and managed by our staff and the other is an easier version for professional catering needs. Both are fully equipped. There are 2 dining rooms one in the old part and another suitable for up to 40 people. There is also a large dining area outdoors for al fresco meals. There is a good size bar with a living room plus a large living room with open fire and colonial fans in the older part.

Good size pool 10x4 and lawn around it with sunbeds, organic vegetable garden for the use of the house and our own chickens for fresh daily free range organic eggs, Wi-Fi in the bar and satellite TV, plus DVD's for clients own use.

The Villa does weddings for up to 250 people. We have an albero courtyard to accommodate up to 200 people seated. We can offer catering services. The entrance is designed so a large bus can bring guests. The letting for the venue is separate from the accommodation. Rates on application.

Low season: £4,500 per week

High season: £8,000 per week

Christmas: £5,000 per week

New Year: £6,000 per week

Minimum stay: 3 nights during low season and 7 nights during high season

Marbella city centre is merely 15 minutes by car and it has museums and a lovely old town with its famous Orange Square, well worth a visit. It also has charming restaurants where you can have international cuisine as well as local fare. The market is quite colourful and located close to the centre. Malaga is 40 minutes away by car or train via Fuengirola with its Picasso and Thyssen art Museums worth the trip. You can also enjoy a tapas experience in the new port. Granada with the stunning Alhambra and other monuments is just 2 hours drive and so are Sevilla or Cordoba.

The house is 5 minutes from Nikki Beach resort and closer to other local beaches. Golf and tennis facilities located within 5 minutes. Shopping is very close with banks and supermarkets available within a range of 5 minutes. The owner operates exclusive trips to the National Park on a 4x4 vehicle with the option to visit Ronda on the same excursion.
