Beautiful five-star property offering contemporary-style accommodation for eight guests, situated within 500 metres of the stunning golden sands of Saundersfoot beach on the Pembrokeshire coast.

This property enjoys a fantastic elevated location overlooking the beach in the ever-popular seaside village of Saundersfoot, on the Pembrokeshire coast. The beach itself is a wonderful example of a picture-perfect beach, offering a wide expanse of golden sand and blue seas. Next to the beach, the village fishing harbour is vibrant and bustling, supplying the village’s eateries with fresh seafood. Outside the village, there is plenty more to see and do in the area, ranging from the thrilling theme park at Oakwood, the fun Folly Farm, the historic castle at Carew, and the fantastic walks to be had along the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path. For those who enjoy nothing more than spending an afternoon browsing shops and sampling the food on offer at local cafes and restaurants, the town of Narberth comes highly recommended, with its interesting array of independent boutiques and a thriving arts scene.

On arrival at this property, it is easy for guests to see why it has been awarded five stars. The main living space comprises of a light-filled lounge and dining room which are separated by wide double doors which allow guests to open the space into one space. In the spacious lounge, a large sofa provides guests with the perfect spot to relax in front of the TV/DVD, whilst patio doors lead out to the balcony which affords stunning views to the beach and the sea beyond. Through the double doors, the dining room is a great space for spending time together over leisurely meals in the evening, whilst the kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. The freezer, washing machine, and tumble dryer, meanwhile, can be found in the separate utility room. An excellent addition to the property is a second lounge, which is a great place to enjoy some quiet time relaxing with a book, or perhaps, with its TV, would make a good place for teenage guests to spend time. Three of the property’s bedrooms can be found on the ground floor, the first of which is a restful king-size room finished in chic muted colours and offering sea views. The second bedroom is a twin whilst the third is a bunk bedroom, both of which are finished to the same high-standard. The fourth bedroom, the master super-king-size room is a dual-aspect room, again affording views to the sea. The shower room is a sleek, sanctuary-like space with a shower and WC, whilst the main bathroom offers a shower-over-bath and WC.

Outside, there is a garden to the rear of the property, as well as a sea-view balcony with garden furniture which is accessed through one of the property’s lounge rooms. There is off-road parking available for two cars.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

The property isn't as close to the beach as shown in the pictures on the website. This gives a false impression and should be amended.

Fantastic house . Contemporary design and decor. Plenty of space for our party of 7 people of three generations and one dog ! Nice position. A hairdryer would have been nice. The rear garden space nit up to the standard of the house as it needs some improvement in the way of a terraced or decking area so that a whole party could enjoy the outdoors Read moretogether after a busy day on the beach . Wonderful house with an incredible view. Owners know how to cater for guests, they left great selection of games and a huge range of DVDs to help pass any quiet nights in. Will definitely be looking to return in future!

Lovely property , really lovely touch putting the Christmas tree up made my familys Christmas ! The property is well layed out well located! More bedding more towels would be nice , but I guess you can take your own! It has easy access to beach & town .
