The entrance to this magnificent period property with two staircases, leads you into the lounge and games room with cinema screen, TV with projector, Sky Sports, comfy sofas, shuffleboard table, table football and pool table. Natural light floods in creating the perfect room for entertainments. Walk through to the fabulous well-equipped kitchen with four electric ovens and two hobs, two microwaves, three fridge/freezers, two dishwashers, and a central island with all the thoughtful little extras creating a lovely space to prepare a meal. You can glimpse through the huge feature fireplace with double sided wood burner into the superb dining room with two long refectory tables and contemporary chairs, it is the perfect setting for 40 guests to enjoy a meal together. Maybe enjoy pre-dinner drinks in the courtyard through the French doors from the dining room. Also, on the ground floor you will find two lovely bedrooms with super-king-size zip-and-link beds (which can be made up as twins on request) with en-suite shower rooms with shower and WC. There also two separate WCs. The rest of the bedrooms are on the first and second floors and have been designed to create flexible sleeping arrangements for your party. On the first floor you will find 11 bedrooms, ten of which are super-king-size zip-and-link bedrooms (which can be made up as twins on request), six of these have en-suite shower rooms with shower and WC. There are two separate shower rooms with shower and WC and the popular bunk bedroom with four full-size bunks beds (sleeping 8 persons). On the second floor are three super-king-size zip-and-link bedrooms (which and can be made up as twins on request), one of these has an en-suite shower room with a shower and WC, the elegant four-poster-king-size bed with en-suite shower room with shower and WC, and finally the family room with a super-king-size zip-and-link bed (which and can be made up as a twin on request) and a bunk bed (sleeping 2 people). There is another elegant shower room with WC and a decadent bathroom with WC. The house is full of period features with original tiles, high ceilings and interesting features alongside all the thoughtful little extras for your holiday.
The enclosed courtyard has six tables and benches with two large charcoal BBQs alongside the folding table tennis table. The courtyard is in the centre of the house offering a delightful space for outdoor entertaining. There is parking for four cars on-site and ten car parking vouchers for the nearby public car park. If you are bringing your bike there are lockable racks in the garden and space for your canoe.
Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
