A stunning inverted, four-bedroom property in a complex of six converted former barns. Close to the south coast of Cornwall with its fishing villages and beaches.

Located in traditional farmland, the nearest town of Looe, which is just two miles away, is a quintessentially Cornish fishing harbour popular with visitors, having changed little over the generations. The port has much to offer, with a mix of quality bistros, inns, restaurants and independent stores. Enjoy one of the many boat trips from fishing charters to a leisurely glass bottom jaunt. Close by is the picture-postcard village of Polperro with its colourful narrow streets. For walkers, the stunning South West Coastal Path is just a mile away taking in amazing views out to sea. Attractions in the area include The Monkey Sanctuary, the Adrenalin Quarry, Go-Karting, Porfell Wildlife Park, The Eden Project and many National Trust Properties.

On arrival at the property you will encounter the bedrooms first, as the house adopts an inverted design, with the communal living areas located upstairs in order to enjoy good views of the surrounding farmland. There are four bedrooms: two doubles, both with their own TVs and one with en-suite shower room and WC, and two twin rooms – one of them has its own TV. There is also a bathroom close by for convenience with shower over bath and WC. The first floor hosts a light and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with exposed wooden ceiling beams. Relax in the comfortable seating and enjoy watching the TV/DVD, listening to the Bluetooth speaker and some fun and relaxation with the collection of books, films and games. While the dining area comfortably seats eight, even more seating can also be found in the kitchen. The kitchen area comprises of an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a washer/dryer.

Step outside and you’ll find a great patio seating area, as well as a garden shared with the other properties boasting sea views. There is ample off-road parking.
 

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

The cottage was amazing. Very clean and everything u needed. Nothing was to much trouble with the owners, they were friendly and helpful. Very sad to leave. Great holiday. Cottage was amazing Highly recomended

Excellent accommodation and a warm welcome from the owner. Would recommend for small family with dog. Very handy for Seaton Beach which is dog friendly at all times and has all basic facilities.

The Hayloft is an excellent property which all of the adults in our party said they would love to own as their main residence ! Everything in the spacious property was top quality - beds, leather settees etc were very comfortable and we would all come back again in the future.

Lovely accommodation and everything that you might need is provided. The grounds are lovely with a short walk down to the beach. The lady who greeted us was really friendly and helpful. nothing was too much trouble.

The accommodation was perfect for our family of 8 and 2 dogs. Extremely clean, comfortable beds and the kitchen was well equipped. Lovely touches of a beautiful cake, apple juice, Prosecco and welcome pack. All added to a perfect break to celebrate my daughters 18th birthday. Thankyou

Absolutely stunning place, I have friends interested in booking already, we would definitely go back! Hayloft has everything you need and is only a short drive away from Looe and millendreath!! Nothing too much trouble and the cake and treats left for us on arrival were a lovely gesture

Couldn't fault anything about this holiday. By far and away the best holiday accommodation we have stayed at in the UK. Location was perfect for us, very peaceful but only ten minutes drive to nearest town. Facilities were outstanding in the property, there was nothing we couldn't find that we needed. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

A beautiful house. Well equipped and beautifully maintained. Slight draw back that the only access to the garden is through the main bedroom, not ideal. Also th bedrooms being downstairs felt a little damp. All said a great house in a good location, wonderful views, garden and attentive owners.

The Hayloft is big with plenty of room to spread out, it is exceptionally well equipped with American fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Kate the proprietor makes sure you have everything you need. The grandchildren loved the nearby beach, a twenty minute walk down the hill, longer on the way back up hill and the gardens which suRead morerround the rental properties. Would highly recommend this fantastic property! Cake, prosecco, tea bags to welcome us on arrival - very much appreciated! The property was clean and spacious - very comfortable and had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. Would definitely stay there again when we next visit Cornwall!
