Find this property within a private complex, where trees and grounds are dotted around a set of delightful houses. The lodge is a large stone building and has been landscaped and designed with country elegance and comfort in mind. Enter to find the main hall, which leads into the richly decorated lounge. Soft sofas are placed around a wood burner within a brick fireplace and the room also has French doors out to the garden. The kitchen, which also has access to the outside, is a bright, sociable space with plenty of room around the family-size table for meals. There's also a dining room which leads out into the conservatory, a delightful space perfect for winding down within the tranquil atmosphere of the house's grounds. Upstairs, six bedrooms offer a variety of themes and layouts, so everyone in your party can find a little privacy; they include a master suite and en-suite bathroom, with triple aspect views overlooking the garden, and a sweet twin with steps leading down to the courtyard. Outside, the delights of this property continue. The space is yours to roam — from a sloping lawn and shrubs and trees, to a sunken courtyard with outdoor furniture, ideal for enjoying those al fresco breakfasts and dinners. There's even a dedicated games lawn, an orchard shared with the other properties in the complex, and a further 12 acres of land to explore.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

We loved this property and the immediate surroundings were glorious and so peaceful. Very starry night skies! Spinning Lodge had everything you could want and was super comfy and attractive. Brace yourself for the very narrow lanes though.
