Enter this beautiful property into the huge entrance hall with triple height exposed beamed ceiling, bespoke seating, open fireplace and the staircase rising to the galleried balcony/landing/bridge on the first floor. To the right of here are the first two of the spacious six bedrooms, both king-size rooms, both with en-suite shower and WC. To the left of the entrance hall is the sumptuous lounge with exposed beams, doors out to the terrace area and comfortable seating for all. Light the open fire on those chillier nights, sit back and relax with a programme on the Sky TV or have a family board game and listen to your favourite tunes using the docking station. Next is the spacious kitchen/diner, the dining area a table and chairs set for twelve, a cosy inglenook fire place and doors out to a terrace, perfect for sitting out with after dinner drinks. There is a ground floor cloak room leading off the dining room. The kitchen has a central island and equipped with everything you need to cook up a family meal, including a gas Range style oven and hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge, freezer, wine fridge and dishwasher. Double doors lead out from the kitchen to a large terrace area. The utility room is off from here with a washing machine. Heading up the stairs to the galleried balcony which over looks the vast entrance hall, off from here you will find a further four luxurious, spacious king-size bedrooms, three with en-suite bathrooms with roll-top bath and WC, and one with en-suite shower and WC.

Heading outside, the large private terrace has table and chairs seating twelve and a BBQ for al fresco dining. There are acres of land to explore with woodland, ponds, lakes and meadows. Pashley bicycles are available to explore more on two wheels. Take a swim in the shared outdoor heated pool, heated from May to October (can be heated outside of these months at an additional cost) or try a game of tennis on the shared court.
