A 2.5-mile walk or drive to the nearest village of Bishop's Itchington is your place to go for amenities. Here you'll find a family-friendly local pub and a small supermarket. Stock up and fire up the BBQ at home. You're also only 9.5 miles from the beautiful Regency town of Royal Leamington Spa, in which you'll find a host of beautiful parks, plenty of independent eateries and boutique shops. Head a little bit further out to the world-famous town of Stratford-upon-Avon (15 miles), the birthplace of literary legend, William Shakespeare. A large, comfortable property ideal for our family get-together over Christmas! The owner made us very welcome and our grandsons were very pleased with the go-kart and scooters! A happy relaxing break!

An excellent property, much bigger than the pictures portray and of a high standard. Loads of parking, great access to the M40. Lots of thoughtful information and comforts as well as freshly baked homemade cakes available on arrival. Perfect for a get together with friends or family. Thank you.
