The shops in Glastonbury are a far-cry from the usual high-street stores, making it a wonderful town for an afternoon of browsing and exploring. Some fifteen miles to the north of the property, visitors will find the seaside town of Burnham-on-Sea, whilst the huge beach at Weston-Super-Mare is just a few more miles around the coast.
On arrival at this property, guests will be able to relax straight away in the spacious L-shaped lounge/diner with its thick carpets, comfortable seating, wood burner, TV/DVD, and French windows which open onto a patio. The dining area here has a dining table seating eight, whilst a second dining table seating six can be found in the separate kitchen/diner. This room is well-equipped with everything that guests will need, including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. A tumble dryer, meanwhile, can be found housed in the garage, which also provides a secure storage space for outdoors equipment. Three of the property’s six bedrooms are located on the ground floor, all of which are pleasant double rooms. There is also a bathroom on this floor, which offers a shower-over-bath and WC. Upstairs, there are three further bedrooms, the first of which is a wonderful king-size room which has its own balcony overlooking the gardens, as well as an en-suite bathroom with a roll-top bath, shower, and WC. A second king-size room also has an en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower, and WC whilst the final bedroom is a restful single room.
Outside, there is a large enclosed garden to the rear of the property, which is mainly set to lawn alongside a gravelled patio area which offers garden furniture and a BBQ. Private off-road parking is provided for five cars.
Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
