Fully refurbished in 2015/16, the house is ideally located in the Historic Centre of Christchurch, a few minutes walk from the town centre in one direction and a few minutes from the Quay in the other direction. This three-storey Grade 2 listed townhouse can accommodate up to 10 people with off street car parking for up to three cars and an enclosed rear garden with teak garden furniture that can seat up to 10.

Lounge and separate dining area: There is a separate lounge, dining room with patio doors out on to the rear garden both with seating for 10.

There is very fast cable Wi-Fi and Virgin TV in the lounge and the master bedroom. Two other bedrooms have Freeview TV's and the whole is centrally heated with gas fired heating and a large woodburner in the lounge. Downstairs cloakroom, secure car parking behind electric gates, outbuilding for storing bikes and fishing tackle and the like, TV in the 2nd floor double bedroom, coffee/tea making station on the 2nd floor and meet and greet.

Weddings: Although not licensed for weddings it would make an ideal venue for anybody getting married nearby in the Priory.

Corporate: The dining room can comfortably seat 10 around a single table. Fast cable Wi-FI.

The house is perfectly located, immediately adjoining the Chirstchurch Priory and the Priory Quarter, yet still within only a few minutes walk of all the excellent facilities of the town centre including many fine restaurants, excellent shopping and a small cinema. In the opposite direction, it is only a few minutes onto the Quay where ferries can take you across Christchurch Harbour to the Mudeford Beaches (with its 250k beach huts!) and to Hengistbury Head.

Christchurch Harbour, the River Avon and the River Stour, literally on your doorstep, provide some of the best fishing in the UK and are also excellent for water based sports, particularly sailing, canoeing and windsurfing.

Excellent beaches can be found within a few miles at Hengistbury Head, Mudeford, Southbourne and Bournemouth. The New Forest National Park is within 5 miles.

As well as the excellent shopping facilities of Christchurch, more significant centres can be found in Bournemouth (7 miles) and Southampton (20 miles).

Christchurch is an excellent base for golfers with some of the finest courses in the UK within close proximity. Remedy Oak (45 mins), Ferndown GC (20 mins), Barton on Sea GC (20 mins), Queens Park (15 mins), Meyrick Park (20 mins), Parkstone GC (25 mins), Broadstone GC (25 mins), Isle of Purbeck (40 mins) and for the less accomplished golfers, Solent Mead (6 mins) and Ilford Golf Centre (15 mins).

The owners can arrange a large number of discounts with local attractions, restaurants, golf courses and angling clubs.
