An ideal cottage for our party of eight adults to spend a few days away in the peace and quiet of the Derbyshire countryside. All the bedrooms were spacious with lots of room for luggage and storage, and with clean and fully functioning en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen and communal areas were generous enough for comfort, yet cosy enough for company Read moreand conversation. Overall a lovely cottage, in a lovely location, for a lovely holiday. Would recommend to anyone without any hesitation. Hide

The cottage was ideal for our family Christmas. The accommodation was well equipped and spacious. It suited everyone in our party ranging from 7months to 90 years old. The en-suite bathrooms really helped. We had a fantastic time and would recommend the cottage to any family group.

Ideally located for the glorious Peak District. Peaceful. Well equipped. Quirky with all the different levels.

Very roomy cottage. Loved 4 bedrooms all with en suite. Kids loved the horses and alpacas. Picturesque location. A bit isolated so if you dont want to cook, best to eat out on your way back at the end of the day rather than go out later in the evening. Hope to go back again.

These cottages are set in a beautiful part of the Peak District within easy reach of popular walks and the Blue John Caverns. During the summer time the views are spectacular in the area, though not specifically from the cottages as they are set down on farmland. Cell reception outside the cottages is good but not inside (due to the stone constructRead moreion of the cottages) and the WiFi is severely lacking any speed, but if you can live with spotty WiFi when planning trips then this place is great!
