PROPERTY WITH DOUBLE HEIGHT ATRIUM  SLEEPS 8+2

Set on a country estate with 100 acres surrounding this former coach house and approached via a sweeping, tree-lined drive. There’s nothing to disturb you.

The nearest town of Mold is within walking distance, as well as local stores, there's a traditional market on both Wednesday and Saturdays. Shoppers and history lovers will be indulge in Roman Chester, a healthy mix of independent boutiques, high street staples and a thriving race course more than filling a day. For those who prefer to explore, day trips to the dramatic Snowdonia National Park are a must, with summits to conquer, mountain bike trails to zip down and the beaches of Anglesey well worth a trip across the Menai Straits. Adventurous kids (& adults) will love Bounce Below & Zip World, an underground adventure playground. Games room: situated in the atrium with table tennis.

The accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms. 1 king-size with en-suite bath and WC, 1 double with en-suite bath and WC, 1 king-size and 1 super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request). Bathrooms: with shower over bath and WC. Separate WC, on the ground floor. Lounge: with woodburner (first basket of logs included), TV and DVD. Dining room. Kitchen: with electric oven and hob, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Second kitchen: Utility room: with washing machine and drying facilities. Outside: walled garden with lawned area and BBQ. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating, underfloor heating ground floor and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 1 dog welcome, more by arrangement. Additional info: the house can accommodate an extra two younger children for £25 per extra bed. Catering can be arranged on request. Location: pub within walking distance.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

Please note there is a refundable £500 security deposit for this property payable closer to the start of your holiday.

SLEEPS 4 - 8 (+2) : Four beautiful bedrooms with all bedding and towels included. A king-size master bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, a double with en-suite bathroom, a further king-size bedroom and a super kingsize bedroom, easily converted into a twin bedroom upon request. The house can be stretched to accommodate up to two more younger children if necessary for a modest surcharge of £25 per extra bed.

RELAXING: Two large living spaces, a double height atrium, light filled, perfect for reading the morning papers on the sofas. A more intimate drawing room, with wood burning stove, sofas, armchairs, tv, dvd and traditional games. Plentiful supplies of logs, central heating throughout, including underfloor heating downstairs.

COOKING & DINING: Large dining room overlooking the gardens. Great farmhouse kitchen with range cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer, ice machine, attached utility area with extra preparation space. There is a second smaller kitchen on the otherside of the building, making it ideal for two families sharing.

FUN STUFF : There is a full size table tennis table inside the main atrium area for hours of fun!

TECHNOLOGY : Wi-fi included, plus mobile signal on most networks.

KEEPING CLEAN: Three bathrooms in total, plus downstairs loo. Includes two en-suites with bath, basin and loos and one family bathroom with shower, bath, basin and loo. Fluffy towels and toiletries from The White Company included. Washing machine and drying facilities in the utility area.

OUTSIDE : Beautiful walled garden with huge lawned area, perfect for letting off steam, or simply enjoying the countryside. Plentiful parking and bike storage available. Weber bbq

Absolutely superb, had a brilliant holiday, cottage was amazing.
