Providing ample parking and direct access to the neighbouring fields and a beach through a garden gate, whole families could easily while away the days from the comforts of this home-from-home. However, if you would like to head further afield, a nearby holiday park (less than 0.5 miles away) grants access to a café, pizzeria, park, boating lake and funfair in summer. For a bit more choice, Scarborough town is 10 miles away and has all sorts of activities for groups, including a waterpark, aquarium and, of course, Scarborough Castle.

Lovely house, loads of room, we really enjoyed our stay there. Would defiantly stay again but for longer next time, Friday afternoon to Sunday morning wasn't long enough.

The property was perfect . Well equipped, perfect location, lots of space yet cosy at the same time . We had a great time . Filey is a steady walk along the beach. The snooker table and table football proved to be a hit with everyone . No shortage of food outlets , we tended to use the ones in Filey rather than the ones on primrose valley . The accommodation was perfectly placed for the wonderful sandy beach. The property was clean and very comfortable, plenty of room for the 9 people in our group. Lovely property well equipped and comfortable. Very spacious inside and out. Our family of nine consisting of 3 teenagers and 6 adults had plenty of room . We stayed at this property to celebrate my Husband's 70th Birthday. We were 6 adults 4children ( ages 9,6,4,& 11months)& a dog, the location of the property was so good for dog walks on & off the beach & for everyone to walk the beach. We can highly recommend The Farriers pub/restaurant at Cayton for a lovely meal, which we had for our Birthday meaRead morel. We had good days out & it was nice to return to a warm house. We have stayed in many properties over the years and this one is really up there with the best. It is really clean and beautifully appointed. There were 8 in our party with 2 dogs and we had everything we could need. So good to all be able to sit at the table for meals with enough plates cutlery and everything you need in the kitchen. Everything we needed was there, fantastic location and even though it is next door to a large caravan park it was very quiet. Only a short stroll to the beach which both our dogs loved. I would certainly stay again if holidaying in that area *****

We had a wonderful week at Sunnycliffe - the location is fantastic, with only a short walk down to the beach. Also it was very safe for dogs and children in the outside space. We had plenty of room for the needs of our group, and lots of local eating places too, so it felt like a great summer holiday. Thank you.

it was absolutely fit for purpose for a family memory time. everything was super the bedrooms bathrooms kitchen with 11 chairs lounge suitable for 11 to watch a film, and a safe garden ready for Easter egg hunt and children to play safely.
