From this wonderful property you will be just minutes from the village of Wembury, with its beautiful beach and breath-taking walks along the South West Coast Path to the former HMS Cambridge. Here you will be able to enjoy the best of both coast and country, and for wildlife enthusiasts this is a great place to spot an array of species. To learn about the area’s wildlife and embark on rockpool rambles, head to Wembury Marine Centre. Venture a little further and visit the harbour in Newton Ferrers for a drink and to watch the boats. Other attractions and trips include Woodlands Adventure Park, a range of National Trust properties, and a trip to Burgh Island via the sea tractor.

This delightful property has been well-equipped for a large group or family stay. Enter the property into the entrance hall, which doubles up as the diner. The farmhouse-style kitchen is lovely and spacious and features a breakfast area, electric range cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. In the separate utility room, you will find a washing machine and tumble dryer and access to the downstairs shower room with WC. The lounge is very inviting and provides somewhere for you all to relax together. There is a wood burner for cooler evenings, TV/DVD, and a reading room with a selection of books. In addition to this there is a sunroom with TV, electric fire and French doors out to the front garden/patio/driveway, plus a children’s play room with a selection of toys. The six bedrooms and bathroom with separate shower and WC can all be found on the first floor. There is a double bedroom made up from twin beds, two bunk bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom with separate shower and WC, one twin bedroom and two single rooms.

Step outside into the large enclosed garden and enjoy the valley views from the patio with garden furniture. There is a small stream running through the garden and ample off-road parking available.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Please note there is a refundable £250 security deposit for this property payable closer to the start of your holiday.

Wonderful holiday enjoyed by all the family, lots of space for the children, beautiful cottage very well situated. Thank you to the manager Fiona, nothing was too much trouble for her. Would definitely recommend to friends. Lovely part of Wembury, beautiful walks and beach enjoyed by all.

This was a fantastic place in all respects combining the character of the farmhouse with a very well equipped house which met every comfort and need. The setting was idyllic and the three generations of my family (plus a dog) had a wonderful holiday.
