A stylish five star property with waterside views, located on the edge of the traditional fishing village of Appledore in North Devon, with its range of shops and eateries.

This property makes a wonderful base for a break in North Devon. Guests who are looking for a quiet, restful holiday can choose to leave their cars parked on the drive and take the fifteen minute walk into the pretty village of Appledore, where there is an array of interesting shops, some tempting bistros, welcoming pubs, and the attractive quay. In the summer season, it is possible to catch a ferry across the estuary to the nearby village of Instow, where there is a yacht club and a sand and shingle beach. Also, around a mile’s walk away is the expansive sandy beach at Westward Ho!, which also boasts a surf academy.

This stunning property offers luxurious accommodation, with stylish décor and spacious, light filled rooms. The lounge is an attractive triple aspect room, which gives guests the perfect space in which to relax and unwind, with its muted colours creating a pleasant restful atmosphere. The views across to the estuary can be enjoyed from the comfortable seating, as can the electric fire, TV with full Sky package and DVD. An archway from the lounge leads to the contemporary kitchen/diner, where there is a dining table seating eight, as well as a handy breakfast bar. Guests will find all the equipment they will need to make themselves at home, including a Range oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher, whilst the washing machine is housed separately in the property’s garage. All of the property’s four stylish bedrooms have their own TV, meaning that guests can enjoy a lie-in, or perhaps a late night movie. Two of these bedrooms are double rooms, both of which benefit from en-suite shower rooms with WC. The two remaining bedrooms are both relaxing twin rooms. The main bathroom is a sanctuary like space with a spa bath, shower and WC.

To the rear of the property, accessed through patio doors from the kitchen/diner, a walkway leads up to a sunny and spacious raised decked area, with table and chairs from which guests can enjoy al fresco meals, or perhaps relax with a drink whilst admiring the views. Beyond this area is a generously sized lawn, which is a great space for allowing children to burn off some energy or to indulge in a spot of sunbathing. There is off-road parking for three cars.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

The view is everything and Seascape enhances the glorious position from every window not to mention the 360 degree view from the garden and the individually built platform. Our labrador is safe and happy in the garden which is important to us. We relax and we love it. Thank you

We were a party of 4 adults and a dog and had a wonderful stay at Seascape. A welcoming and spacious property with a beautiful garden. A definite visit would be into North Burrows Country Park where you can park up and enjoy walks into Westward Ho! or the Marshes. Located almost opposite the house down Broad Lane.

We have had a lovely Christmas at Seascape. The house has stunning views and an excellent location. It is clean and comfortable with a spacious garden, ideal for outdoor dining in the summer months. The agent from the cleaning company was extremely helpful with a couple of queries and locating my lost property!
