Step into this inviting home to find a professionally designed interior, with a relaxing coastal theme. Leave your coats, shoes and beach sandals in the hall then make your way through into open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Settle in here on the sofa, switch on the Smart TV/DVD or perhaps listen to your favourite tunes via the Bluetooth sound bar. Head into the contemporary kitchen to cook up delicious meals for your party and then serve up in the dining area, perhaps with the French doors on to the garden open on warm days. The utility room, has a washing machine and tumble dryer, and a separate downstairs WC. Make your way up to the first floor to luxuriate in your four beautiful bedrooms, all of which have been carefully styled and finished with restful seaside hues, and designer wallpapers. Stroll out into Seahouses to enjoy the beautiful beach, where your group can swim, play rounders on the sand and go rock pooling. Take a stroll through the Annstead Dunes Nature Reserve or play a round of golf on the 18-hole course. Browse in the shops, dine out in local restaurants and book a trip out for your friends and family to the nearby Farne Islands to go puffin and seal-watching. Wander along the coastal path to striking Bamburgh Castle and visit the picturesque beach there too. Venture out to the market town of Alnwick, 15.5 miles away, with its pretty cobbled streets, independent shops and enticing restaurants. Visit the castle here too. This dates back to 1309 and has beautiful gardens to explore, state rooms to amble through, exhibitions to enjoy and a lively programme of events. Have a day out in Berwick-upon-Tweed, 21.5 miles away, with its wealth of history, sandy beaches and riverside walks. From here perhaps make a trip over the border into bonny Scotland.

A lovely cottage perfect for our mixed generation family holiday. The bedrooms were warm and comfortable, hot water on tap and adequate storage. The open plan downstairs worked well as we could all be together but undertake different activities if desired. We had a lovely holiday and would return another time.

We would happily recommend this house to friends and family alike. It was an easy walk to the beach and the town of Seahouses. Plenty of really good restaurants and fish and chip shops and a good supremarket and other interesting shops in the town.

This is our second stay in Seabreeze. Lovely peaceful location. Comfortable beds and furnishings apart from the chairs at the dining table. We chose Seabreeze again, as its in a perfect location to visit many places in the area and is only a short walk to the beach. A welcome pack was provided however we do feel that when staying two weeks that we Read moreshould be supplied with extra bin bags, etc, additional welcome pack. Lovely sized house in brilliant location. About a 10min walk into Seahouses, and a few minutes to the beautiful beach and dunes. Loads of wildlife in the area. Some fabulous walks from the house. Seabreeze is such a beautifully decorated, well-equipped, warm comfortable place to stay with an excellent location just 3 minutes walk from the bus stop, 5 minutes to the beach and 10 minutes to town. Our favourite part is the rear garden with its gorgeous stone wall and views over open fields with sheep grazing, so peaceful.

We stayed here over New Year with 6 adults, a toddler and two children under 1. There was plenty of room and the space was very comfortable. It is a beautiful house in a great location with the beach practically on your doorstep. Its about a 15minute walk to Seahouses and 30 minutes drive to Alnwick and Bamburgh. We would definitely stay here againRead more. The only negative we have to say is we found the check in time quite late (5pm) especially when travelling with young children. Hide

My family all agree that this is one of the better houses we have rented. The location was perfect for walking on the beach and to the town as well as for driving around the county. Though it sleeps 8 there were only 4 adults and a baby which made it comfortable. I think the downstairs would be crowded with 8 people but it was good for us. An amazing holiday for 3 generations of the family. We travelled up for our sons wedding and were not disappointed. We had a lovely stay at Sea Breeze. A very comfortable house with lovely comfortable beds and soft fluffy towels. A lovely quiet location and short walk to the beach through the footpath. Loved looking out at the sheep each morning. Seeing the Herons in the sheep field, the hares and the bats at dusk. Plus the allusive white horse. Couldn't find a cheese grater, had to recover the damaged cover for outside table in gusty wind so may need some attention. Really enjoyed the stay and location, was perfect for what we required.

The location is great to walk to the beach and in to the town centre. The living space is spacious for 8 people. The kitchen is well equipped. The decoration in the house is well maintained and the house is in great condition. There is a nice self contained garden.
