Scarah Cottage is a great holiday home if you are looking for a quiet, peaceful location close to amenities and with great walks from the doorstep. The cottage is beautiful with unique features, it is well-equipped and the beds are so comfortable. The garden is idyllic with lovely flowers, stone walls, an outdoor eating area and surrounded by farmlRead moreand. The owner John was most helpful and answered all queries promptly. I would definitely book the cottage again for a future holiday. Hide

Cottage is in a great location, the garden is fabulous but spoilt by the noise from the traffic, but due to good double glazing you can hear no traffic from inside the house. The interior of the cottage is beautifully done and feels like home from home.

We loved the house and the garden, very comfortable and homely, the only downside for us was not being able to walk from the house with the dogs without avoiding the busy roads.

Lovely cottage just off the road surrounded by sheep, pheasants and trees. Very comfortable, lots of room and well equipped.
