This luxury holiday home is set in the seaside town of Westward Ho!, an extremely popular location for visitors and locals alike, with its three miles of golden beach, with dog friendly areas all year round, where families can build sandcastles and paddle in the sea and water sports enthusiasts have the local surf school to enjoy a day on the waves. Just next door is the Royal North Devon Golf Club where guests can enjoy a drink or a meal in the restaurant/bar or a round of golf for an extra charge. Behind the beach keen walkers can walk for miles through the sand dunes at Northam Burrows Country Park or the South West Coastal Path runs the full length of the village offering stunning views out to sea. Other attractions in the area include The Big Sheep, The Milky Way Adventure Park and the Ultimate Adventure Centre.

Entering this reverse-level property you will find yourself in a spacious entrance hall, due to the lay out you will find all four bedrooms on the ground floor, these consist of two king-size bedrooms which boast a TV and en-suite shower rooms with shower and WC, a light and bright twin and a bunk room with a desk perfect for study or work vacations. Excellent property only down side need car to get to beach if you have little ones.
