A spectacular retreat, just 15 miles from the Georgian delights of Bath, known for its natural hot springs and 18th century architecture. The property is situated near the town of Radstock, with a choice of country pubs to be found in surrounding villages. Great walking and cycling routes surround the property. The World Heritage site of Bath, famed for its Roman heritage, which is just a short drive northwest and offers a wide variety of cultural, leisure, sports and shopping facilities. The City of fabulous city of Bristol is just 50 minutes away by car. To the south you will find the cathedral city of Wells and town of Frome, there is no shortage of things to do in this pretty spot.

As you enter this luxurious retreat, take a moment to enjoy the grandness. The magnificent open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is the perfect back drop for catching up whilst cooking up a storm in the remarkable kitchen area. The kitchen offers a gas oven and hob, American fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Next door is the utility room which offers a washing machine and tumble dryer. The dining area boast bi-folding doors, allowing you to dine with a view or you can step out onto a large patio area with table and chairs for al fresco dining. The fabulous lounge area allows you to sit back and relax amongst the rich, soft furnishings and watch your favourite programme on the Smart TV or enjoy a game of snooker with the friends and family. Completing the ground floor is the first of the five bedrooms, a light and airy king-size bedroom which boast it’s very own en-suite shower room with WC. Heading upstairs where you will find the remaining four bedrooms, a king-size with en-suite wet room and WC and three twin zip-and-links (which can be made up as a super-king-size on request) You will also find the family bathroom with shower over bath and WC on this floor. Completing this floor is the games room with football table and Smart TV.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Lovely comfortable,well presented property. Good amenities for wet weather days in the house. Comfortable beds, soft towels. Lovely open plan kitchen diner for family meals and board games. Good ground floor ensuite bedroom in addition to upstairs bedrooms. . Great for our 4 generation family gathering. We would use again.
