Enter the house and you’ll discover vast, contemporary rooms that have been designed with socialising in mind. The lounge is the heart of the home, a grand space with seating areas and furnishings, and sliding doors leading out to the patio. It’s a great place for entertaining with Netflix and a Sonos speaker system for extra atmosphere. Or, head to the snug for a quieter party. The kitchen is a state-of-the-art affair, with everything you need to craft an impressive holiday meal. Head to the dining table to enjoy a meal inside or eat alfresco in your spectacular garden. With a play area, including timber Wendy house, kids can entertain themselves while the adults enjoy the BBQ lodge and the hot tub gazebo. When you’re finally tuckered out, head to the bedrooms. The master is a king-size room with en-suite shower and direct access out to the garden through its own pair of French doors. Five further bedrooms offer a variety of shapes and setups to please whoever you decide to invite.

The house was wonderful,everything you could possibly wish for was there. We went with our family,it was great for the children,they loved the space outdoors,on our last night we roasted marshmallows around the fire pit. We made good use of the outdoor bbq as the weather was so good.

Riverbank House is conveniently located to explore Cornwall and especially the gorgeous local beaches. The property is brilliantly laid out and has fabulous facilities to make it perfect for a gathering to celebrate a special occasion. The detailed equipment available throughout the property meant everyone from Gran to our toddler was happy!
