Slightly further afield, St Ives is within an easy drive and has many chic shops, bars, and restaurants as a pretty harbour. Or maybe you will have a day trip to the Scilly Isles from Penzance Airport.

Take the stairs to the open-plan living area which really makes the most of its first-floor position with its glass gable end giving views across the garden and leading out onto the new large balcony. The owners have really paid attention to detail, with a hammock chair and wood burner making this a relaxing space in which to take advantage of the TV/DVD including Sky sports and movies. On the other side of the lounge/diner/kitchen is the well-equipped kitchen with electric rangemaster oven and hob, microwave, wine cooler, Nespresso megimix coffee machine, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and large American fridge/freezer with ice machine. The property has underfloor heating.
