On arrival we were disappointed the cottage in our opinion is looking tired both inside and out and needs updating, many items were worn and broken and would benefit from replacement

We had a fantastic week. The house is comfortable with a large kitchen opening up into the dining area and living room. Party of 8 adults, including 6 in their 70s or 80s, stayed at Per Ardua in June 2022. Chris and Jeff, the owners, were extremely helpful and co-operative - there to greet us on our arrival and explain all the facilities etc - and were only at the end of a phone if we had any problems (there weren't any).
