This is a fantastic base for exploring the Cairngorms and Aviemore, with a wealth of activities to try. The property is close to the School of Mountain Biking which offers a range of services including bike hire, skills coaching and guided rides through this beautiful area. The Upper Spey offers salmon and trout fishing, and avid birdwatchers can head to RSPB Insh Marshes (0.5 miles) which covers 6 square miles of the floodplain near Kingussie, and which is home to curlews, lapwings, redshanks, snipes and whooper swans.
