Nestling at the heart of the delightful village of Appledore and offering surprisingly spacious accommodation, this fabulous property provides a great base for a relaxing family holiday.

Appledore itself offers all the old world charm of a fishing village alongside great bars and eateries, and also access to the South West Coast Path. You will also be within a short drive from the beautiful sandy beach at Westward Ho!, enabling you to enjoy the best of this ever popular area, and further sea and sand can also be found at nearby Instow and the surfing beaches of Croyde, Saunton and Woolacombe. Other attractions accessible from here include access to the Tarka Trail and day trips to Lundy Island from Bideford, RHS Rosemoor, Exmoor and Dartmoor National Parks, The Big Sheep and Milky Way Adventure Parks, Atlantic Village and Clovelly.

On entering this stunning property, you will immediately find yourself in a light and spacious hallway, and in front of you, a spectacular oak and glass staircase which cuts through all three floors of the property. Ascending the stairs to the first floor, the accommodation then opens up into a spacious lounge/kitchen/diner, the lounge area with an impressive vaulted ceiling, exposed beams, stereo, wood burner and French doors leading to an enclosed balcony. The kitchen itself is perfectly appointed and includes an informal dining area in the shape of a breakfast bar, two electric ovens and five ring gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, a separate fridge and two dishwashers. Heading back down the stairs and onto the ground floor you will then discover the first of the beautiful bedrooms. These consist of a king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower and WC, and French doors opening out onto a balcony, a pretty twin bedroom with an en-suite shower and WC and two further cosy and compact king-size bedrooms. A fabulously spacious bathroom with hand-held shower over bath and WC, services these two latter rooms. Venturing further down the stairs and onto the lower ground floor you will then discover another fantastic area, a spacious games room boasting large sofas, French doors to outside, a Smart TV/DVD, a selection of games, books and DVDs, and a multi game table with table tennis, air hockey and pool. Sat beside this is the final bedroom, a beautifully presented king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower and WC. Finally, an undeniably useful utility room with two heated towel rails, perfect for drying towels and wet-suits after a day at the beach, a washing machine and a tumble dryer completes the offering inside the property.

Stepping outside from the games room you will find yourself in a lovely Mediterranean style enclosed courtyard, presented with garden furniture and a BBQ, meaning that you can make the most of the weather. There is roadside parking, subject to availability or further parking can be found in the nearby public car park.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
