If you decide to dine in for the evening, there is a superb bespoke oak kitchen/dining room that is well-appointed with electric oven with gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The dining area has a large farmhouse table with chairs for 12 diners, ideal for a special occasion. On the same floor, you will find a twin bedroom with en-suite and wheelchair friendly shower room with level two access. Heading upstairs, on the first floor you come to a master bedroom with TV and en-suite shower room, with shower, wash basin and WC and a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. Further down the hallway brings you to two further twin bedrooms and a large family bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin and WC.

Stepping outside, from the back door in the kitchen you will find a private enclosed courtyard garden with a gas barbeque and furniture so you can dine out on a sunny day while enjoying the local wildlife and surrounding views across open farmland.
