Elegant decor and thoughtful attention to detail can be found throughout the entirety of this luxurious property. The bright and stylish kitchen is complemented by a utility room which includes an American-style fridge/freezer, perfect for storing fresh local produce and all the essentials. Cook up a storm, and when you’re ready, step through into the dining area to serve. Enjoy a sit-down meal at the table or celebrate sunny weather by opening the patio doors and stepping outside to dine alfresco. When everyone is finished, if you’re ready for a soft seat then let the dishwasher take care of the plates and head straight through into the cosy lounge. Sink into a sofa and settle down to watch SkyTV or choose a film together. At the end of the night, climb the stairs and retire to one of the beautiful bedrooms for a peaceful night’s sleep. All four of the bedrooms boasts its own TV, so when you wake up, stay in bed a little longer and have a leisurely morning. Opposite the centre of Bideford, over the bridge, is the Railway Heritage Centre (1.5 miles). While away a relaxed afternoon learning about the line’s history, discovering the exhibitions, and tucking into homemade cake in the cafe in the carriage. Buy your tickets at The Lundy Shore Office (1.5 miles) for a boat trip to Lundy Island and spend a day exploring the historical monuments and spotting wildlife. For groups with young children, treat them with a trip to The BIG Sheep (2.5 miles), a family-friendly, all-weather attraction. Go for a stroll along the beach at Westward Ho! (3 miles) to feel the sand between your toes and brave a paddle in the waves if the weather is warm enough. Beside the beach, there are also pretty paths to follow that wind their way around Northam Burrows Country Park.

Booked this house for our honeymoon. Very friendly owner. Lovely house, lots of space and very comfortable. No welcome pack, it could have been useful (ie- house rules, information leaflets, instructions for appliances etc). The house wasn't very clean. We found dirty washing left in the washing machine and what appeared to be chewing gum stuck to Read morethe inside of the patio doors ! Games room and hot tub was nice but we picked this property especially for the sauna which didn't work. Disappointing Hide

Good spacious property, good location although not easily walkable due to hills! Sauna / Hot Tub lovely for relaxing but access quite tricky

An amazing house with so much room. The house was very cosy and we could imagine staying there at Christmas, would be so gorgeous. In a lovely private location and so near to many places. Hot tub was lovely and again in a private shed.

Just the garden the small pathway going down to hot tub could been level out. Not very good for small children. The steps very steep. I am disabled and I found very hard to get up and down to the hot tub. I only used the hot tub once because the hot tub is in the ground I very disappointed that could use it

Although the property is positioned away from the town centre it is only a short drive to the supermarket and for our stay here was perfect the accommodation was very comfortable and the hot tub and sauna great and really enjoyed the huge tv in the lounge.

We traveled as 2 families if 3. The house was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The younger members of the group loved the games room and we all loved the hot tub and sauna. Its a little way out of Bideford but walkable as long as youre ok with hills. We would definitely recommend

excellent spacious property with good facilities in a good position and ample parking for 2 vehicles.The crockery, cutlery and white goods were first class and furniture was of good quality . A couple of mattresses were hardish but we soon adjusted to them , all bedding was more than adequate.

Beautiful house, everything you want and need at the property. Lovely hot tub and sauna. Good games room. Most comfortable beds. 6 minute drive from Westward Ho beach. Had a really lovely stay and am sad to be back home.
