We were a family of 10 adults (5 couples) and there was plenty of space for everyone. The cottage was spotless and well equipped for cooking with more than enough crockery etc. The dog loved the garden and the fantastic walks just down the road onto the shoreline country park and beach. Mulberry was a perfect holiday home, the decor was exquisite and the kitchen had everything you could need. Waking up in the morning was wonderful with the sea views didn't want to leave.

Parking for at least two cars. All of us were amazed at the space and high standard of all the facilities - they even had a Christmas tree for our visit. Pull up the Venetian Blinds in the sitting room for a magnificent view. You would need to have a car to avail of the local facilities.

We arrived on a cold evening to a very warm beautiful cottage. Mulberry has stunning views from the lounge and 2 bedrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped, and all the bedrooms are very comfortable and cosy. We had a great family reunion and would definitely recommend Mulberry to friends and family.

A beautiful location and a good sized property for our family and two dogs. There are plenty of local walks nearby plus places to eat out. The views from the lounge are stunning and the good-sized enclosed garden is a sun trap.

The cottage was spotless when we arrived, it had all the equipment we needed for a party of 10 with age ranges from 8 to 80. The cottage was maintained to a high standard and exactly as we viewed it online. We would definitely book this cottage again as it was perfect for us and perfect as a base to visit lots of lovely west country attractions.

This is a large bungalow with nice views. It is on the outskirts of Appledore. The village centre is at the bottom of a very steep hill.

It is a great house but the lighting is poor all through.

A really excellent house for any large family group - plenty of space to be apart, but excellent space to be together in the lounge, at the dining table (good fun on the long benches!) and in the VERY large rear garden. The best bit for mums & dads - sitting in the front patio, enjoying a drink, watching the sea in the distance, while the sun sets Read moreon a busy day... we'll be going back... again! Hide
