This fantastic Isle of Wight home offers space and privacy for celebrating special occasions with friends and family.

Set within extensive private grounds in the small rural hamlet of Limerstone, this property is just a mile and a half from the south west coast of the Isle of Wight. In an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, you will find fantastic walks direct from the doorstep when you follow the Worsley/Tennyson Trail towards the Needles. The small picturesque village of Brighstone with its beautiful church, thatched cottages, tearoom, general stores and public house is less than a mile away, as is the quiet beach for paddling and swimming.

Inside, the accommodation is bright, spacious and full of homely touches throughout. Prepare large family meals in the modern kitchen, which is furnished with a range style oven, AGA-style cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher,. Once prepared, head for the elegant dining room, which features original wooden floorboards, three large windows and a dining table to seat 12. At the end of a long day, relax and unwind beside the roaring wood burner in the beautiful sitting room, which is also equipped with a wide-screen TV/DVD. A second TV/DVD offers an alternative space for unwinding, perfect for multi-generational groups, while the sunny conservatory offers a soothing space for reading. On the first floor are four beautifully-presented bedrooms, one double with en-suite bathroom and balcony, two king-size with en-suite shower rooms and one bunk bedroom, which has access to a family bathroom. A further small flight of stairs leads up to a spacious triple room on the second floor. With a connecting door opening into a playroom full of books, games and toys, this is a fantastic space for children.

Outside, beautiful secluded gardens offer a peaceful and private space to relax, unwind and enjoy family BBQs. There is a large trampoline, a triple swing and a private heated swimming pool, which is open from mid May to the end of October. The rear garden adjoins a large paddock extending towards the downs where visitors are welcome to explore. There is off-road parking for four cars..

Beautiful property furnished to a very high standard with everything you could possibly want from kitchen equipment to children's toys. Combination of very comfortable beds and the peaceful location meant everyone slept extremely well... even at Christmas! Very highly recommended

Perfect week staying at Monks Path. The house has everything you could possibly want. It feels like home from home. The pool was beautifully warm so even on the most dreary cold day the kids still had a great time playing in the pool. We'll definitely be returning next year!

Absolutely superb home from home. Comfortable, roomy and luxuriously appointed, including great range of toys/games to amuse the children. We were so lucky with the weather so the pool and beautiful private garden were were the centre of activity. Kitchen was a joy to work in with every conceivable facility.

My family including Grandchildren spent a week together in this fantastic house and had a great time. The house has everything a family could possibly need and more. The playroom was a big hit! The house is situated in a very peaceful location and we felt very much at home.
