A beautifully presented holiday home in the Victorian seaside village of Westward Ho!, which is home to a selection of eateries, amusements and not to forget, a golden sand beach.

A stunning five-star holiday home located in the heart of Westward Ho! with its very own hot tub. Westward Ho! is popular for its two-mile sandy beach and famous pebble ridge. The town has an array of restaurants that you can try out and enjoy, or if you prefer, there are many local food produce shops to purchase from and cook up a storm in the property’s well-equipped kitchen. This fabulous property has been stylishly fitted and furnished to provide a comfortable stay for the whole family.

Stepping inside, the property benefits from a reverse level layout which means you will find the four stylish bedrooms located on the ground floor. This consists of one king-size with en-suite shower room, Smart TV and WC and French Doors which lead out onto the rear garden by the private hot tub. A twin bedroom which too has a set of French Doors which lead out onto garden, and a second twin room located next door with TV. The fourth bedroom is a further restful king-size bedroom, also benefiting from an en-suite bathroom and French doors leading out to the front of the property. The main bathroom on this floor offers a shower over bath and WC. As you head upstairs to the first-floor guests will be greeted by a spacious and tastefully decorated lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area enjoys views across to sea, with Smart TV (with BT TV sport and children’s package) and plenty of seating. Alternatively, if the children want to play, or adults want some peace and quiet, there is a small snug room off the lounge to take in the gorgeous sea view. The well- equipped kitchen has a sleek contemporary design, and offers an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The lounge area is located just off the kitchen and guests can extend the living space out onto the balcony, where there is further seating available. The garage has been converted into a great utility room/ games room. The room consists of a pool table, washing machine, tumble dryer and basin.

Outside you will be spoilt for choice, you will find the great sized enclosed garden to the rear of the property, where guests will find a table and chairs, a BBQ, and, of course, the luxurious hot tub. The first-floor balcony, with its south facing position offers an additional space to sit and enjoy the sunshine, its easy-access from the kitchen making it the perfect spot for enjoying al fresco drinks. There is off-road parking provided for four cars, and further parking in the car park adjacent to the properties' back garden.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
