This converted Coach House and Hayloft is the perfect choice for those celebrating special occasions with loved ones as it comes with plenty of space and entertainment facilities with the added luxury of a swimming pool and games room.

For large groups whose ideal getaway is a rural retreat where you won't even need to leave the property to have a fantastic time, this stunning brick coach house with adjacent hayloft provides all the comfort and entertainment you'll need for a stylish get-together. Sleeping up to 16 guests, the property boasts a heated outdoor swimming pool, games room, and a hot tub available for private hire in advance. Relax with friends and family, or plan a day trip out to explore the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Bewl Water Reservoir (11.5 miles) is just one of the area's many beauty spots, where you can spend your time walking, cycling, fishing and sailing as well as appreciating the scenery from a table at either the bistro or waterfront cafe.

Both the house and hayloft exude a country charm, with exposed wooden beams and brick walls throughout. In the house, gather in the long kitchen where two sofas allow the conversation to keep flowing even as cooking begins. Once the food is ready, serve it in the dining room with a table big enough to host the whole party. After dinner, settle into the lounge sofas, where the wood burner will keep you warm through the evening. At the end of the night, head to the cosy bedrooms. For those occupying the three on the ground floor, simply continue along the corridor. All three have garden access via French doors. The king-size bedroom comes with its own en-suite shower, while the doubles share the main bathroom, with a roll-top bath ideal for soaking in. For those climbing the stair to the first floor, you'll find two brightly decorated triple bedrooms. The first floor of the hayloft has its own open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, and a quaint double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, where four people (two sleeping on a sofa bed) can feel at home. Below is the games room, where you can have fun playing table football and competing over darts and pool. Steps from the kitchen lead to the enclosed garden, where the children's play area, BBQ and plenty of seating will make for a wonderful summer evening's celebration.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Please note there is a refundable £150 security deposit for this property payable closer to the start of your holiday.

We had family and friends down for a family celebration. Accommodation for adults and children was excellent, with plenty of room and a play area for the children. Kitchen was well equipped, but we ate out most days. Two very good pubs in the village within easy walking distance. Our family of 16 celebrated our golden wedding anniversary over the August Bank Holiday. The gorgeous weather enabled maximum use of the lovely pool and hot tub, thoroughly enjoyed by all.
