A beautiful property nestled in a secluded setting in the grounds of the owners home, is perfectly placed for touring the whole of Somerset and also boasts exclusive use of a indoor heated swimming pool

Located in a beautiful part of Somerset and conveniently positioned for experiencing some of the best that this county has to offer, you will be perfectly placed to visit an array of attractions catering for all ages and tastes. The delightful town of Wedmore is just two miles away and boasts popular pubs, coffee shops and specialist independent shops. You will have a vast choice of walks virtually on the doorstep, plus cycle routes or perhaps bird watching at RSPB reserve Ham Wall, eight miles away. Other places of interest accessible from here include Clarks Shopping Village, Wookey Hole, Glastonbury Tor, the beautiful cities of Wells and Bath, Cheddar Gorge and the beach and pier at Weston-Super-Mare.

Stepping into this stunning property you will find that all of the accommodation is conveniently arranged on the one level. The first area comprises the beautiful bedrooms and these are all presented in a fabulous boutique hotel style and consist of three double rooms and a twin; and each of these also boasts a TV and its own fantastic contemporary en-suite wet room with shower and WC. In addition to this a further separate WC is located close to the front door. The light and bright hallway then leads to the main living accommodation and this opens up into a spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. This beautifully sociable space offers a Smart TV, bi-folding doors leading to the patio outside, and lovely views across the Somerset levels. The kitchen is also well-equipped and comprises an electric range oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.

Heading outside and located to the secluded rear of the property, a lovely private patio area with garden furniture, BBQ and stunning countryside views has been provided for your relaxation and enjoyment. To the other side, an enclosed courtyard provides ample private off-road parking, and access to the private indoor heated swimming pool (Open May-Oct).

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

Need to amend swimming pool information although having spoken to customer services I think since we booked it had been changed! Cottage location is perfect for touring around Somerset Wells & Glastonbury within 30 mins. Cottage perfect for family gatherings!

We had an absolutely lovely holiday. The owners were extremely helpful even dropping over cake tins so the kids could make cakes! It's in a quiet location but not too far from the village with beautiful views of the mendips from the house

Although you can take dogs the space outside is not dog friendly as cows are in neighbouring fields and there was an electric fence. Need to have this in write up for property.
