For an unforgettable coastal retreat in North Devon, this stunning four-storey house offers a group of up to twenty-two guests spacious and comfortable accommodation, as well as privacy and seclusion. Set onto the slope of the hillside, the house commands panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and the sea. It's perfectly designed for a large group, with a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces: there are ten bedrooms to choose from, two lounges, a full-size family dining table to seat the entire party, and four garden/seating areas. Part of Exmoor National Park, this property will delight nature lovers, keen walkers, and anyone who wishes to immerse themselves in the unspoilt beauty and tranquillity of North Devon. Make your way up to the property from the public car park, along a graduated sloping footpath which brings you right to the door. On the ground floor are the living spaces, including two lounges – both with a coal fire, for warm and cosy nights in – which the group can spread out between and relax in as they wish. The rooms are designed for comfort, with long deep sofas to curl up in and watch a film, and tables to place drinks. For games and music, head to the lounge with the Xbox and piano, while the second lounge is wonderful on a warm day, when you can open the French doors and step onto the balcony. Indulge in delicious home-cooked meals; the spacious kitchen has a central island, perfect to allow a group to prepare dinner together. Once the rest of the party have set the impressively large dining table, serve the food, pour the drinks, and let the conversation flow. The bedrooms are over three floors, and vary in their size and style, from a magnificent four poster bed to a stylish twin with sloping ceilings. The majority have en-suite facilities, and some even boast their own balcony! When the sun shines, get everyone outside, either competing at the ping pong table, setting up a BBQ in the garden, or taking in the full splendour of the views over snacks at one of the seating areas.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Amazing house if you are into beautiful views. 2 living rooms which suited us so that people could be noisy in one room, playing competitive games etc and calm in the other room, reading etc. Really fun house as so many rooms get for kids to play in. The layout is a bit odd as the dinning room is below the living rooms and isn't the best room in thRead moree house but the kitchen was great, everything you need and more! All in all the house was brilliant charming and has a great atmosphere. Hide
