Enjoying a secluded location within the fringes of a pretty Herefordshire Hamlet, this spacious country home is just perfect for family and friends to getaway and relax in style.

The peaceful hamlet of Twyford sits just four miles south of the city of Hereford, here you can enjoy 36 acres of farmland where you are free to explore. Along with many footpaths and quiet lanes accessible from the property. For cyclists you can enjoy the country lanes or venture into the Forest of Dean for a more challenging terrain. The river wye is also within reach and great for fishing, walking and canoeing. For a little culture there are many market towns worthy of a visit where you can pick up local produce from a farmers market or browse the independent shops, Hay-on-Wye, Monmouth, Ross-on-Wye and Leominster all welcome you with an eclectic range of independent shops. Or simply step back in time and visit one of the many castles or historic monuments that are dotted across this border country.

Enjoy the drive through this peaceful hamlet, you will soon arrive to see the farmhouse set within acres of countryside. Step into the entrance hall where you can leave your boots behind. The ground floor has a chic and contemporary style and offers a great space for you to relax in style. From the entrance hall you will have access to the kitchen, a large room with breakfast bar which is perfect for a morning coffee. This area is well-equipped with a gas Range and electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. There is a utility room off the kitchen with additional space for storage, a washing machine, tumble dryer and WC. For relaxing you can step into the lounge and relax in front of the wood burner with a good movie, there is also a dining table and chairs set to the side. For a more formal occasion there is a garden room which opens onto the terrace with a formal dining table and chairs where you can enjoy supper with friends. There is also a seating area. For keeping fit, you have full use of the indoor gym area that is accessed off the kitchen area. And when the time comes to say goodnight climb the stairs where you will find four bedrooms, all of which are complemented with two bath robes and white cotton sheets. A double four poster bedroom with en-suite shower and WC. A king-size with en-suite shower and WC. A super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into twin beds on request at the point of booking) with en-suite shower and WC. A double room with dual aspect is the final bedroom. There is a bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

Outside the grounds have been landscaped sympathetically to the surrounding countryside, a terrace surrounds the rear of the property where you can relax on the loungers or dine after cooking on the gas BBQ. There is a private hot tub and garden games. There is a three-bay garage for bike storage and muddy boots and off-road parking for three cars.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
