Beautifully kept, immaculately clean lodge. There were seven of us, over three generations and we all commented on how amazingly comfortable the beds were. There was lots of storage space in the bedrooms. We stayed in February so not the best time of year for weather but we still enjoyed the huge balcony (which you can fish from) and hot tub. The cottage was beautiful and spacious. We had 4 generations of my family staying here and found the cottage to be perfect for all. The location itself was amazing, right on the water and we loved feeding the ducks everyday! The resort is easy to get to and great for exploring all over Cornwall if you do want to venture out. Will hopefully be back Read moresoon! Hide

Lodge 109 is an outstanding property. Plenty of room for 8. We went as a couple and only used 1 lounge and 2 of the bedrooms. We had an issue with builders on the door step but contacted holiday cottages who promptly acknowledged this problem. They said they were unaware of the works but did try and make it right for us. The only thing is the cost Read morebut with there only been 2 of us it obviously worked out expensive. Well worth it if 8 are sharing. Hide

The lodge was well appointed and modern. It had all the equipment you could need for self catering. Hot tub was enjoyed by grown ups and kids alike. The site generally was close to attractions but you need to set off early to ensure a parking place in some nearby resorts.

Spotlessly clean with ample indoor and outdoor space for the 6 adults, 2 children and baby in our party. Beds are extremely comfortable and the view at the back is lovely. My 1 year old grandson loved watching the ducks swimming up and down.

The lodge is perfect for groups who want to relax and enjoy a few drinks and a hot tub, and who would prefer to stay on site. Though for people who want to go out, you do have to drive everywhere as other places arent in walking distance unfortunately. And there are speed bumps onsite which are very unsuitable for low cars. But overall the staff waRead mores very efficient and even checked and cleaned the hot tub every morning which was very professional. Hide
