The family-friendly beach is perfect for kite surfing and kite-buggying, and, when the tide is out, you can even see the remains of an old shipwreck. You can take breath-taking walks along the Norfolk Coastal Path and visit charming towns and villages including Hunstanton, Wells-next-the-Sea and Blakeney Point where you can take a seal trip. RSPB Titchwell is also nearby. You will be ideally placed for visiting Sandringham, Cromer or Fakenham, and for exploring the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The Norfolk Broads are also within easy reach.
On entering this large and welcoming holiday home, which enjoyed a complete interior transformation in 2016, you will find yourself in the light and tastefully furnished lounge. With plenty of comfy seating, TV/DVD and a traditional wood burner, this is an ideal space to relax in at the end of a lovely day. Heading into the attractively designed open-plan kitchen/diner, you will find a delightful dining area with space for eight guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with a double oven with large electric hob top, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and a breakfast bar with views out to the front garden. The washing machine and tumble dryer are housed in the nearby utility room which has plenty of storage space for hanging coats and leaving boots and shoes. There’s also a WC just off the utility room. Exploring the ground floor further, you will find a spacious super king size bedroom with an en-suite shower room with WC. Going upstairs to the first floor you will find four further cosy bedrooms. There’s a king size bedroom with plenty of storage space and an en-suite shower room complete with WC. There’s also a double, a comfy twin, and a children’s bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. There is also a bathroom complete with a shower over the bath and a WC.
Stepping outside, you will find a delightful garden laid with a mixture of lawn and hard standing. There is plenty of garden furniture and a BBQ, allowing you to unwind and dine al fresco. Off-road parking is available for two or three cars.
