Pack a picnic and head to the 13th-century Restormel Castle with its commanding views. Or find your sea legs at the harbour towns of Fowey (11.5 miles) and Charlestown (11 miles). Fantastic cottage in an ideal location . Cottage is spacious and the master bedroom on suit is a generous size to say the least. The cottage has a warm and homely feel to it and was a perfect place to chill in front of the log fire in the evening after a day out and couple of pints in the ship inn . We found the ship inn very accommodating and frieRead morendly serving good food and beers .. The location was spot on with lovely woodland river walks or easy access to beach walks. Hide

A beautiful cottage with so much space, perfect for families with small children. Very cosy and well equipped and the beds were very comfy. We really enjoyed our stay,.The river across the road is stunning and fun for kids to play near/splash about when it's high tide. A beautifully well equipped cottage in a beautiful location. The bonus of my work phone having no signal made it the ideal place to switch off and reset. A lovely local shop and pub within a stones throws. Having the ability to bring our dogs away on holiday and lots of lovely walks and beaches nearby made it very special. Nice property in a nice location. It didn't take long to get to other places to visit on the south coast. The hot tub was great and was enjoyed by the whole family (understand a new cover is already on order). We had a brilliant week at Lerryn Cottage. The cottage is beautiful, spotless, with everything you need and more. Being dog friendly and having the hot tub absolutely made it for us. We really enjoyed it.

A truly lovely cottage lin a peaceful location. Local shop stocking most items and the Ship Inn just over the road. The hot tub was perfect to relax in after our travels. Would most definitely like to return in the future. Owners left milk, tea bags and a cake for our arrival - very nice touch.

We were away for my dad's 80th birthday who is keen on mothing and birding and enjoys a drink in a local pub. My 22 year old son also came with us. My partner and I have visited Lerryn on days out and felt it was an ideal location to stay. I couldn't believe my excellent choice in finding something to offer everyone including a hot tub and table foRead moreotball and even a Robin feeding his chick's in a nest outside the back door! We had the most wonderful stay at Lerryn Cottage. It was absolutely spotless on arrival, and the cleanest cottage we have visited. The cake on arrival was amazing! This cottage has everything you can ask for in a stunning location . Everything was perfect from the interior to the hot tub to the beds! We would definitely stay here again. Fantastic accommodation, very clean, tidy and immaculately presented. A charming cottage with a homely feel. Beautiful location close to the river, where we enjoyed paddle boarding every morning and evening as we were lucky with the tides, then straight in to the hot tub which was a very relaxing. Lerryn is a beautiful Cornish village with a local Read morepub (frequented quite a bit during our stay) a corner shop which sells pasties ( we ate quite a lot of these) and a place we will visit again. Had a brilliant time. The cottage was perfect as was the location. The pub was superb and allowed us to take glasses over to sit in the cottage garden. We stayed for 3 nights, had a BBQ the first, ate in the pub the second and ordered an Indian takeaway for the third (left menu in the welcome pack). The village shop was also superb with lots of freRead moresh local produce. The people in the pub and the shop were extremely welcoming. We will definitely be going back some day. Hide

Beautiful house and garden in a great location in the centre of the village. Lovely views of the river and surrounding area from the hot tub and terraced garden. No problems keeping our dog in the garden, seemed safe for him. No mobile signal here but good Wi-Fi. Nice relaxing holiday ,Definitely on my list of place to return to one day.

Lerryn is a beautiful village and the cottage was too. Loved opening the French windows to the garden from the master suite. Our host Amanda was so lovely and the welcome gifts were a thoughtful touch. The views are stunning especially from the hot tub. Lovely woodland walks and close to so many things .
