Spacious property, set within the rolling hills of Mid Wales, within easy reach of many attractions and coastline to explore.

Reached via its own private road, located within 65 acres of organic meadows and woodlands that guests are invited explore and enjoy. Set around the former farm yard, sympathetically converted from the disused farm buildings the properties retain much of the original character and charm.

Located only 15 minutes from the beautiful Cardigan Bay, with its wealth of stunning sandy beaches and littered with quaint fishing villages and picturesque harbour towns such as Aberaeron and New Quay both offering an array of popular and well regarded restaurants shops and pubs. A host of activities for the whole family are available a short drive from your doorstep including the stunning National Trust property of Llanerchaeron, the medieval remains at Strata Florida Abbey, Llain activity centre, Fantasy Farm Park and Borth Animalarium to name but a few. (Please check admittance for the various attractions).

This spacious property provides a great base for guests to enjoy both what the coast and country have to offer, as you enter the front door you will enter the spacious hallway with an array of doors leading in different areas, to your right will lead you to the lounge area and to your left you will reach the downstairs double bedroom and separate shower room, you will see the staircase leading off to your left and as you reach the end of the hallway you will continue down a few steps which will lead you to the light and airy kitchen/lounge/diner which is the real heart of the home. Equipped with an oven, hob, microwave and fridge/freezer with additional seating area with TV . A great social space. Heading upstairs you will reach the further four bedrooms, all of which have been tastefully decorated. There is one double, one king-size zip-and-link (which will be made as a king-size unless requested as twin at time of booking), a twin bedroom (please note one of the twin beds is only suitable for a child), one bunk bedroom and one single bedroom and the family bathroom.

On-site play area for children to enjoy, a small shop with local fresh seasonal produce from the farm and shared utility room. (Maybe subject to change in access to shared area due to social distancing measures).                                                                                                                                                                                                               
Leisure facilities: the farm offers a well-maintained nature trail that meanders through the 65 acres taking in a variety of breeds of sheep, cows, pigs and chickens along the way.

A booking system will be present for the pizza oven - a lunch time or evening slot available on a pre-booked basis. The on-site children’s playground and games room will be available and inspected regularly, at guests own risk. Access to shared utility room with cleaning rota in place.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Beautifully presented cottage. Warm, clean and comfortable. We'll equipped with everything you would need. We visited and stayed over Christmas. One of the best Christmases EVER. The location is perfect, quiet and great for kids. With a playground and barn that includes table tennis, pool, snooker, and a variety of other garden games. What a lovely place! The cottage is really well maintained. Kitchen had everything you needed & more. Even a bottle of milk waiting & teas & coffee! No need for washing up liquid or soap. Beds are really comfy. So impressed with the whole place. Outside theres a lovely play area for the children & a barn with pool table & table tennis. Excellent location, beautiful property and grounds. The pictures made the property look bigger than it was but we were certainly not in each others way, plenty of space for 10 people . Tue underfloor heating was fantastic as it was February. We will be returning!

Cottage clean and spacious play area excellent for youngsters location a little remote for shopping lovely walks around the farm and stunning views beaches about 1hour away but worth it
