You’ll never be bored here, the region is packed with attractions and fun activities for the happiest of holidays from surfing, fishing, and wildlife walks to themed attractions, arts, and historical landmarks.

 

Step inside this feel-good holiday home and kick off your shoes in the spacious hallway leading to calming interiors with cheery notes of colour in gorgeous fabrics. Children will love the playroom snug with its own sofa, TV with games console, books and toys. Family mealtimes are a breeze with the well-equipped kitchen featuring an electric oven and hob, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. After dinner, enjoy film and TV nights together on cosy seating by the warming wood burner – perfect after riding the waves. And come bedtime, it’s an easy amble to the four bedrooms on the ground floor where there’s also a family bathroom, and a Jack and Jill shower room between the single bedroom and twin bedroom, while upstairs, there’s a king-size bedroom with an en-suite corner bath and WC. Please note that this property has a main area sleeping 6 persons and attached annex sleeping 4 persons. The annex is comprised of 2x bedrooms, 1x living room/playroom and a bathroom. The annex also has a separate entrance / exit.

Don’t miss the Dungeness beach lighthouses and lifeboat, or exploring the remote Dungeness National Nature Reserve on Romney Marsh (8.5 miles), a fascinating landscape that’s a Special Protection Area and a Special Area of Conservation. You’re at the gateway to the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the border with Kent where you can visit pretty towns including cobbled streets in the Cinque Port of Rye (4 miles), the mighty town of Battle (19 miles) where you can see Battle Abbey and the 1066 battle site, or charming examples of medieval architecture in Cranbrook (21.5 miles). For sporty fun, head for the fairways of Rye Golf Club (1 mile) or indulge in sunbathing and seaside eateries near Camber Sands – a 5-mile stretch of golden sands backed by dunes. Thrill seekers should also visit Broomhill Beach (1 mile) for high octane sand buggy drives, kite-surfing and windsurfing.

A great property close to the beach. The front and back is secure and enclosed, perfect for keeping the dog safe. Enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful holiday at Kinara it was a great location close to the beach and will hopefully go back there again next year if we can.

Kinara is a stylish property; a great deal of thought has clearly gone into sourcing the contents. Theres plenty of sleeping space, both double and twin, and ample bathrooms. The garden is great for children of all ages - and the hot tub a great hit for all. The outdoor shower is good for sand removal after the beach, which is accessed by walking oRead morever a high dune, perfect for rolling down. If you take children, add a tablecloth when packing, or crumbs will outlast the holiday! Hide

Wonderful location - short walking distance to the beach and excellent large garden with hot tub and childrens play equipment. For large multi generational family on one full weeks stay the kitchen area and bathrooms were a tad small. However, this didnt stop us having a very enjoyable week.

Great location for the beach, lovely safe garden for children, very clean and well thought out. Some great maritime fixtures and fittings add character too. Spa pool is great, fire pit and pizza over is also very good. Great place to base a holiday and relax at the house if you chose not to go out.
