Lovely house and setting. Plenty of room for a family and good sized bedrooms. Huge secure garden perfect for dogs - very tranquil and lovely to sit out and bbq. Fully equipped and presented well.

A nice spacious property that has a big garden. Decent location with the pub across the road which is nice and the food was good. Overall a decent place to explore this part of Devon but a bit tired and in need of a refresh in a few areas.

We loved it. Very relaxing holiday with plenty of space and great facilities. Found property and people so helpful. The hoops inn is great people so friendly. Beaches and small villages and towns all easy to get to. Great time thank you again.

Lovely property, would book again. Spacious, secure garden perfect for our 3 dogs. Lovely open plan features which meant there was plenty of space for 7 of us. Fully equipped and good central location for for access to towns. Views across the garden are stunning.

The house is very spacious and modern. We stayed with our young children and the garden was like a secret garden, my son loved it. It was well kept and we loved exploring the wild grass for bugs and insects. Lots to see! The house was plenty big enough to stay together or get lost in your own little space. We have just had a great week. Yes, the property is on the main A39 but we had no trouble pulling into or out of the drive and we werent disturbed at night by traffic. The cottage is well equipped with everything you need - huge fridge and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine etc. For us the standout feature was the rear garden, accessedRead more from patio doors which open out on to a deck and huge field. Had a wonderful family holiday. The house was great!!! Modern, light and really comfortable with beautiful views of the hills at the back. It was on a busy road but you dont notice apart from when leaving the house. We were a party of 6 adults, 1 toddler and 3 dogs and there was plenty of space for us to all sit together or have our own space. The Read moregarden was huge. Couldnt believe it was all for our use.
