Stylish and contemporary home situated in a convenient location in the village of Horns Cross, just short drive from the town of Bideford and the golden sands at Westward Ho!

This stylish and contemporary home sits in an accessible location within the small village of Horns Cross, close to the North Devon and North Cornish coast. Set in acres of grounds the house offers spacious accommodation and a great place for friends and family gatherings. There are miles of lovely country walks directly from the property, allowing guests to really make the most of the peace and tranquillity that is offered here. There is plenty to see and do within a short drive of the property, including the attractive harbour town of Bideford, with its collection of independent shops, the two-mile wide beach at Westward Ho!, and The Big Sheep family adventure park.

Stepping into the property from the rear decked balcony you enter into a useful utility area where you can leave your shoes after a day’s exploring before heading on in for an evening of relaxing in style. The impressive open-plan lounge is stylishly furnished with TV and red accents throughout, the floor to ceiling sliding doors allow for natural light to flood into this contemporary space, making it a great place to relax after a long day. There is a large dining table making eating together easy with seating for everyone. There are two kitchen areas, which ensures you can cook everything from a three course meal to a light lunchtime snack, well-equipped with an electric Rayburn, oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher, and there is also a wine fridge. Also on the ground floor is a wonderful little snug room with a woodburner and TV, perfect for the children to retreat and watch their favourite movie on the TV or play with the selection of games. Heading up the feature staircase to the first floor, you will find the four bedrooms. The master bedroom, features an unusual but luxurious screened double walk in shower, two washbasins and two WC’s, the bedroom is spacious and has sliding doors with a Juliet balcony to allow the outside in. There is a further king-size bedroom with TV, a double bedroom and a bunk bedroom. Completing the accommodation is the stylish bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

Heading outside you will find the decked balcony, where you can enjoy the evening sun and enjoy a spot of al fresco dining whilst the children play in the large lawn area with an unfenced pond. There is off-road parking for three cars.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
