A handsome property offering attractive and spacious accommodation for eight guests, enjoying a quiet location in the pretty coastal village of Thornham on Norfolk’s north-west coast.

This property enjoys a peaceful location on the edge of the Norfolk village of Thornham. Next to the property an attractive restaurant is set inside a yurt, a unique experience not to be missed, and ideal for those days when guests want a night off from cooking. There is also a farm shop with a pick-your-own farm next to the restaurant, which offers an excellent range of locally grown fresh produce. In the centre of the village, guests will find more options for dining in one of the village’s three pubs, as well as village shop which is handy for stocking up on essentials. A footpath from the village leads down to the beach, a pleasant walk of around 1.5 miles, making it easy to enjoy relaxing days beside the sea.

On arrival at this property, guests receive a warm welcome in the spacious kitchen/diner, an attractive room with a dining table seating twelve at one end and a well-equipped kitchen area at the other, offering an oven, hob, microwave, American-style fridge/freezer, and a dishwasher. A separate utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer and is also where guests will find the ground-floor WC. The house has plenty of space for guests to relax and unwind, with two separate lounges. The larger of these to the rear of the property, looks out over the garden and offers comfortable seating and a TV. The smaller lounge is an ideal space for younger guests to have some space to themselves, with a choice of seating, a feature fireplace, a TV, Blu-ray player, and an iPod dock. Upstairs there are four bedrooms, as well as bathroom which offers a shower-over-bath and WC. The master bedroom is a king-size room with a sumptuous sleigh bed and an en-suite shower room with a WC. In addition to this room there is a restful double room and two pretty twin rooms, all of which have space for storing clothes.

Outside the property, to the rear, there is a lovely garden with mature trees, a good-sized lawn, and a patio seating area with a BBQ and garden furniture. There is also a kennel and dog run which we ask guests to use should they be leaving any dogs at the property whilst they go out. To the front of the property a gated driveway has space to park four cars.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

Please note there is a refundable £200 security deposit for this property payable closer to the start of your holiday.
