We had a great family weekend. The house has great views overlooking Woolacombe. Everything we needed was there and the hot tub was fantastic

The property is located above Woolacombe with beautiful views. Its a half hour walk from the house into Woolacombe cross country which we did on a few occasions. Situated close to many small villages there are plenty of scenic walks to enjoy. The property is very comfortable for 10 people sharing & having a hot tub is a bonus.

Lovely spacious house, spotlessly clean, plenty of towels for the hot tub. Super walks from the house, easy out but hard work coming back up the hill! Fantastic views even with the weather we had. 10 adults had no problems either being together or finding a quiet space for themselves. Will recommend and hopefully return, thank you.

Lovely house for large family groups with nice private enclosed rear garden, ideal if you have young children or a dog. House is a couple of miles outside of Woolacombe situated down a country lane. You really need a car to venture out.

Wonderfull house with amazing views. Excellent for families and lovely and quiet. We had a fab holiday at Hawthorne House.

The cottage is quite a distance from the beech. You would have to drive to the beech everyday as it's probably a 45min walk and with picnic food and all equipment you take to the beech the walk wasn't an option. The car park fee is 7.00 a day. The water system is extremely noisy and during the night would wake you up.

Fabulous place. Extremely clean, spacious and had everything we needed. There were 9 of us but the layout downstairs meant that although we were in separate social areas we were still altogether. Perfect for larger groups. Stunning view from the rear of the house and friendly cows in the adjacent field! It was not a short walk to the beach though aRead mores stated in the details but this would not put us off returning. Already recommended to a friend. Hide
