The huge kitchen, with beautiful exposed beams and plenty of worktop space, is a sociable space to enjoy informal breakfasts in before heading out to explore the stunning Hartland Heritage Coast. The main lounge is light and airy during the day, but draw the curtains in the evening and it becomes a cosy haven; snuggle up in front of the wood burner-effect electric fire with your favourite film on the TV and a hot drink. Upstairs, the peaceful bedrooms are a tranquil place to retreat to after a long day on your feet; wake up among soft, calming decor with quaint coastal touches and head down to the garden with your morning coffee. Garden furniture in a sunny spot provides a lovely place to sit and read a book or catch up chatting over a glass of wine or two. In the summer watch the children play – just watch for the stream that runs straight through.
