Lovely cottage in a great location, big enough for all of us. Warm even in winter. Peaceful but only a short drive to lots of amenities. The kitchen was a little under stocked with equipment, but we were there for Christmas so it would probably have been ok if we werent doing a full Christmas dinner. Loved the fact the owner went to the trouble of Read moreputting up and decorating a large Christmas tree for our arrival. Hide

Although perhaps needs some care attention, this could be due to being booked without some DIY able to be done - however the property was enjoyed and loved by all the family.

A quiet rural location within easy range of Richmond, the Dales, and the A1. The property is much as advertised on the web site, and is well suited to parties of up to 10.

A very nice cottage for a large party. The sitting room was particularly good with three large comfortable sofas and plenty of room. The children really enjoyed the toys -especially the large rocking horse.

We all loved the cottage, it was warm and comfortable with good beds and plenty of comfortable seating in the lounge. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a good size table to seat a large group. The outside area gives plenty of scope for children and dogs to run off steam.
