With great views, delightful walks and a hot tub, this beautiful and spacious property, close to the centre of the lovely coastal village of Westward Ho!, is the perfect family holiday home.

You will be a short walk from Westward Ho!, which boasts a beautiful two mile sandy beach and unique pebble ridge which links to the Northam Burrows Country Park. This popular seaside town offers an array of cafes, restaurants, pubs, shops and family entertainment. You can enjoy the South West Coast Path and lovely walks across the Burrows and cliff-tops. For golfing enthusiasts the property directly overlooks the par 3 short course, with the wider view of the full course and the beach. Also nearby are many famous beaches including Croyde, Woolacombe and Saunton Sands, and the fishing village of Appledore.

 On entering this stunning reverse level accommodation, head to the first floor where you will find a bright and elegant open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The welcoming lounge is ideal for relaxing in, with a traditional woodburner, Freeview TV, DVD and superb views from the large balcony. The light and attractive dining area is ideal whether you’re enjoying a snack or sitting down to a special meal. The stylishly designed kitchen is equipped with everything you may need including an electric hob and oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine and microwave. Downstairs, you will find a cosy second lounge/garden room with TV, as well as a bathroom complete with WC. All four comfortable bedrooms are on the ground floor. You will find two comfy double rooms, both with TVs and en-suite shower rooms with WCs, as well as a twin room and one bunk bedroom (which is only suitable for children aged 15 and under).

Stepping outside, you can relax at the end of an enjoyable day in the enclosed garden with decked area, seating, hot tub, gas BBQ and hot water outdoor shower. Off-road parking is available for two cars.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

Beautifully decorated house with stunning views across the golf course towards the sea. Easy walking distance into Westward Ho!, would definitely recommend.

Excellent holiday home for 2 families with children. Clean, well maintained, modern and comfortable. High class property. The lounge downstairs for the kids was a welcomed addition. Beautiful views and a very short walk to the beach and a cafe for the kids. The hot tub was enjoyed by all. We shall certainly return.

All i can say is wow !!! What a fab place !! It was perfect for our family . We are a family of 6 adults , a 14 month old and a 7 week old ! Plus to dogs , a lab and a German shepherd !!! Although German shepherd took a fancy to sneeking off over the end of garden

Fabulous location and fabulous property. Very comfortable and very well equipped. Living up and sleeping down takes a bit of getting used to but the view is breath taking. Ideal for dog walking. Will definitely book again.

Golf View certainly met our high expectations. The property was spotless, well equiped for our every need & beautifully presented. The view onto the Northam Nature Reserve was fantastic & a perfect place to see some stunning sunsets.

We had lovely weather which made the week even nicer but the property is wonderful everything about it is quality and everything is thought of. The property is open and spacious it has fabulous views from the balcony nice local restaurants and right next door to the golf club its really special weve been twice and well come again

Dog friendly but not dog secure small slope at rear of property leading to fields - our Cockapoo was told no and did not go up the slope but if you had a dog who liked exploring or not good with obedience may be an issue - golf view was lovely and would definitely recommend
