With great views, delightful walks and a hot tub, this beautiful and spacious property, close to the centre of the lovely coastal village of Westward Ho!, is the perfect family holiday home.

You will be a short walk from Westward Ho!, which boasts a beautiful two mile sandy beach and unique pebble ridge which links to the Northam Burrows Country Park. This popular seaside town offers an array of cafes, restaurants, pubs, shops and family entertainment. You can enjoy the South West Coast Path and lovely walks across the Burrows and cliff-tops. For golfing enthusiasts the property directly overlooks the par 3 short course, with the wider view of the full course and the beach. Also nearby are many famous beaches including Croyde, Woolacombe and Saunton Sands, and the fishing village of Appledore.

On entering this stunning reverse level accommodation, head to the first floor where you will find a bright and elegant open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The welcoming lounge is ideal for relaxing in, with a traditional woodburner, Freeview TV, DVD and superb views from the large balcony. The light and attractive dining area is ideal whether you’re enjoying a snack or sitting down to a special meal. The stylishly designed kitchen is equipped with everything you may need including an electric hob and oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and microwave. Downstairs, you will find a cosy snug/garden room with patio doors into the garden with a Smart TV/DVD perfect for the kids to chill out, as well as a contemporary bathroom with handheld shower over the bath and WC and a cupboard conveniently hiding the washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and dog blankets. All four comfortable bedrooms are on the ground floor. You will find two comfy king-size rooms, both with TVs and en-suite shower rooms with WCs, as well as a twin room and one bunk bedroom (which is only suitable for children aged 15 and under).

Stepping outside, you can relax at the end of an enjoyable day in the enclosed garden with decked area, seating, hot tub, gas BBQ and hot water outdoor shower. Off-road parking is available for two cars.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Lovely place well equipped very clean. Sun sets are out of the world. Superb place if you love golf its at the end of the garden. Town and restaurants are in walking distance and dog friendly. Highly recommended. Will go again.

Fantastic holiday, we all (4 adults and 3 children) enjoyed it so much. Loved the view from the house and the property was well kept, we hope to come back!

A lovely setting and place to stay, it oozed luxury (topped off by the Hot Tub!). Only negative was that it didnt have a secure garden for the dogs, they could have easily run off (thankfully they werent able to as we kept them on leads). Great location to chill out and relax.

This is a great holiday base for young and less young people to share ! You have the beach , golf course and outside space at your doorstep. Easy flat walk into Westward Ho! with some nice restaurants and pubs and shopping facilities. The property is spacious with plenty of equipment. Very clean . The living space is upstairs which gives a wonderfuRead morel view of the golf course and sea beyond . A hot tub completed the feel good factor . We can highly recommend this property for a seaside holiday. Hide

Its a lovely spacious property with lovely views of the park and the sea. We took some spectacular pictures of sunsets from the balcony. Great for us and our dogs as we had easy access to the beach and some lovely walks

This place is absolutely perfect from the welcome bubbles left in the fridge to the hot tub ready to jump into. It is spacious and very comfortable. The views are spectacular and the sunsets beautiful to watch from the balcony.

This house was exactly as described and even better than the photos! Very comfortable and well equipped.Such a relaxing atmosphere. The hot tub was well used every evening, star gazing! Nice and close to Westwood Ho! We had a lovely day in Clovelly too which was a 15 minute drive, beautiful. Plenty of space for the 8 of us.
