This unique luxurious property, sleeping ten, is set in an elevated position with uninterrupted views over the Firth of Forth and the famous Forth Bridges, close to all local amenities.

When gathered in this breathtaking, luxury house you may not want to venture out at all. The unique and contemporary design, uninterrupted views over the stunning Forth Bridges and in-house entertaining options all make you want to stay. This creative property really does push the boundaries of designer living with a visually striking living space, opening out onto the gardens with majestic bi-fold doors; a fabulous party room. Perhaps you are visiting the Edinburgh Film Festival or meeting up with your big kids from Uni, or taking up the challenge of the Fife Coastal Path. You can take the whole tribe along with 5 glorious bedrooms and a pile of bathrooms – you could even throw the dogs in the car to boot. Situated just 9 miles northwest of Edinburgh, you can jump on the train to cross the Firth of Forth into the city, even crossing the bridge fuels the excitement of being here.

As you approach the property the wow factor jumps straight out at you. The commanding position combined with the gentle landscaped gardens and sweeping pathways is breathtaking. The vast main living space is stunning with huge leather sofas and comfy lounge chairs positioned perfectly, either for viewing the 70” screen or for relaxing into the engaging views of the bridges over the river Forth. The spacious kitchen is crying out for the wannabe master chefs in you with plenty of gadgets to do most of the work and, a wine fridge and a coffee maker perfectly placed to keep you smiling. Once your royal feast is prepared, gather the tribe at the chosen table, inside or out, and enjoy each other's company to the max. You do have a second lounge that is just perfect for casting out those you choose to, or perhaps make it your own for some well-deserved you-time. The clear up is relatively efficient with 2 dishwashers and of course, many hands make light work. It goes without saying the bedrooms are all fabulous and each has a TV with Freeview. The master is properly king-sized, with a full ensuite and patio doors out to the garden – this one has your name on it. There is also a fully equipped utility room, perfect for wet dogs/children, but try not to spend too much time in here. This property is truly beautiful and will spoil you if you let it.

We rented the property in a Scottish winter so the underfloor heating was wonderful (groundwater pumps)! The size and location of the property are outstanding, its 4 mins to the train station, easy access to the M 90 and the views over the Forth Bridges are outstanding.It is fully kitted with everything you could ask for from two dishwashers m two Read morewashing machines, a built in coffee machine et al. Our second visit to Forth Bridges View did not disappoint. Wonderful house in a fabulous location. The view is worth the rental fee alone. The house is wonderfully designed and is larger than the photos show. Great entertaining space both in the kitchen and dining room. The garden is great for walking, relaxing, or in our case, kids playing American football. The location is great for the train or access to the motorway.
