On entry to the property, you will find yourself in the hallway with the living room leading off to the right. This room has been furnished and decorated recently and has a large bay window flooding the room with natural light and plenty of seating space for all. The room has been divided into a more formal area around the fireplace and an informal area nearer to the kitchen complete with satellite TV and another sofa; perfect for those wishing for some evening entertainment! The kitchen can be accessed through the living room as well as the hallway and is a great sized room for a family with all the modern appliances you could need, including a huge range cooker, an American style fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, microwave, plate warmer and a coffee machine! This room is both sleek and modern, finished to a high standard and decorated in expertly chosen colours to create a sense of calm and order. The dining table seats six (but can be extended to seat up to 10) and the breakfast bar seats a further three; ideal for formal and informal mealtimes!

Leading out through the double glass patio doors is the garden complete with toys for small children and a gas BBQ for the warmer weather. Also on the ground floor is a downstairs WC and a door leading down to the basement where the washing machine and dryer are located.

Upstairs to the first floor are the first of four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The spare room is a comfortable double room with a king size bed and views out over the garden, a large wardrobe for storage and a TV. Adjacent to this bedroom is a bathroom with a shower, basin and WC. Looking over the front of the house is the spacious master bedroom with its impressive en-suite bathroom! The bedroom is incredibly light due to the large bay window and comprises a super king size bed, two bed side tables and a dressing table. The bathroom is equally spacious and modern with a large walk in power shower, a large bath, twin basins and a WC. Recently refurbished, this room has been decorated in muted tones with cream tiles and is the perfect place to relax after a long day out exploring the Capital.

Leading up to the top floor are a further two bedrooms and a family bathroom. The first room comprises a large cot for the smaller family member and has space for a further single airbed mattress if needed. The bathroom has a bath, WC and basin. The last bedroom is very spacious with bunk beds and an additional trundle bed which can be extended from beneath to house three children.

If needed, a double airbed mattress can be provided in this room for a further two children/teenagers. This is an ideal bedroom for children, tucked away at the top of the house with plenty of space and a chest of drawers for storage.

A short five minute walk from the property is Clapham Common which is the perfect public park to explore and get a breath of fresh air, as well as to take in any of the local festivals or events which often take place there.

The house is also within easy reach of Abbeville Village and Northcote Road, with their quaint English appeal and array of boutique shops and restaurants, as well as Clapham High Street with its plethora of shops and places to eat.

A 10-15 minute walk will take you to the underground station at Clapham Common (on the Northern Line) which whisks you straight into Central London and Leicester Square. Clapham Junction is also a short bus journey away (or 15 minute walk) - this is a mainline station, as well as a transport hub, which will take you to Central London within minutes! For bus connections, the numbers 137, 345, 49, 319 will all take you to Kensington and Chelsea within 15-20 minutes!
