A historic chateau in the heart of the Dordogne, this recently restored property offers a memorable getaway surrounded by gorgeous countryside. Throughout the property, you’ll find there are still many original features retained, from oak wooden floors to chimneys and fine woodwork.
Up to 16 guests can enjoy a comfortable stay in the eight lovely bedrooms available, each offering a queen-size bed and either an en-suite bath or shower room. Three extra beds, as well as child bed and cots, can also be provided for an additional charge. To make the most of the time in the property, a daily maid and concierge service is offered for an even more relaxed time away.
You’ll also find plenty of relaxation spaces to enjoy, whatever the occasion. Alongside the two lounges, there is also a TV room where you can cosy up and watch satellite TV or a range of DVDs. The kitchen-diner is also well-suited for family gatherings, with its large dining table able to seat all your guests. Fully equipped with induction hobs, an oven, coffee machines and more, the kitchen provides everything you need for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Two hectares of private parkland surround the property – plenty of space for playtime with the kids. There are a whole host of outdoor toys and games to use, including table tennis, softball and even a dressing-up box. The private heated saltwater pool is great for splashing and swimming too and is completely fenced making it safe and secure around children. If you’d rather just relax in the sunshine, the large terrace is the perfect place to sit back, with a barbecue and dining table meaning you can also all dine together al fresco.
