Set alongside the River Severn in Gloucestershire, Estuary View is an impressive celebration house, with indoor heated pool and games room.
Sleeping 28 guests across nine bedrooms, the party house is spacious and perfectly appointed for any celebration, from hen and stag parties to family get-togethers.
Four large reception rooms are at guests’ disposal, including a beautifully decorated living room with woodburning stove in a brick feature fireplace, a snug room, a dining room with vast dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and characterful exposed beams. Guests will find a welcome pack including a bottle of champagne, chocolates, fresh flowers, a balloon and a card to set the mood for their break.
The bedrooms all boast comfortable beds and attractive décor, offering flexible sleeping arrangements with a mixture of doubles, twins and a dormitory-style room with up to 10 single beds. For added luxury, each guest is supplied with fluffy robes and waffle slippers, and all linen and bath towels are provided. One bedroom is en-suite, the rest share three bath or shower rooms, each with complimentary toiletries.
The large indoor swimming pool is the perfect place to spend time together – from a revitalising morning dip to a fun splash about with the inflatables provided. On a warm day, the French doors can be opened onto the garden, where you’ll find a gas BBQ, fire pit and garden furniture, inviting you to dine al fresco into the night.
There is a trampoline to provide hours of fun for children and a separate lodge that houses a fully-stocked games room including a pool table, table football and table tennis. Downstairs, you’ll find a cinema room with 75-inch TV, Sky and Playstation 4. This lodge has its own shower room and can sleep two to four guests who perhaps want a little more privacy. Take in the calming river views from the balcony, or take a stroll along the river bank, enjoying the feeling of peace and tranquillity.
Other activities that can be enjoyed onsite include fishing from the banks of the River Severn for which a rod licence can be obtained from the Post Office or watching the surfers glide past if your visit coincides with the famous Severn Bore. The property is accessed via electric security gates and a gravel drive where there is generous parking available for guests.
A concierge service and chef is available on request and at an additional charge.
