Commanding exquisite views across Loch Rannoch to majestic mountains and ancient woodland, this grand property is perfect for celebrating special occasions.

Escape the hustle and bustle of every day life in the comfort of this elegant and impressive Victorian lodge. The property overlooks the serene waters of Loch Rannoch, providing panoramic views of Schiehallion and the Black Wood - a spectacular backdrop for pre dinner drinks on the lawn. Tantalise your taste buds with local fare, donning your finest attire for meals around the grand dining table, which has enough seating to host your entire party. There is plenty to entertain guests of all ages, with a fantastic games room, croquet lawn and even bank fishing and clay pigeon shooting available by prior arrangement. Sleeping up to 18 guests, it’s an ideal choice for celebrating special occasions with loved ones.

This majestic lodge is set within 21,000 acres of land on a grand estate, with an abundance of scenic walks available from your doorstep. Far removed from what you would traditionally expect from a Scottish country house, the decoration is simple and sophisticated with soft neutral tones, antique furniture and original features. Crackling open fires add to the atmosphere, warming you to the bone after a busy day exploring the surrounding grounds. Whether you are gathering to celebrate a milestone birthday or a significant anniversary, the spacious kitchen and formal dining room are perfectly equipped for entertaining, especially with an array of leisure activities to enjoy afterwards. There are nine deliciously comfortable bedrooms to choose from, each with its very own en-suite for an added touch of luxury. The majority of the bedrooms can be found upstairs, but there is a cosy double bedroom on the ground floor. Outside, the sweeping lawns and pretty flowerbeds make for a tranquil lunch spot, or even a place to relax with a mug of fresh coffee and a warm blanket in the early morning light.

Lovely lodge in lovely setting. The bedrooms were all good quality. A comfortable lounge and dining area fitted the 15 people in our party easily. Incredible views over the loch and hills to the south from the house and garden. A 'games' room was a bonus - table tennis table and TV. The house had a homely feel about it, with quite a lot of games, bRead moreooks, leaflets etc. We liked it but some people might not with what could be seen as 'clutter' and care needed with not losing your own items! A group of 16 friends enjoyed a fabulous week at Criaganour Lodge. The weather was perfect and virtually no midges! A great location for hillwalking, cycling and watersports. The house is well equipped and very comfortable.
